in with the old, out with the new.

A lot of things have changed in my life... I was about to write "some changes I have made, and others were out of my control..." but, i think everything is ultimately in our control... especially in how we react.

with all things, there's a point to let go and move on.  I'm doing a lot of that today, and this is one of the last things to go.
